So many health issues so little time

Feeling somewhat devastated by not being able to do a lot of the things I want to do lately. Even today, I wanted to go pick up my new glasses and do laundry at my friend's house for free, but I had to go to planned Parenthood because I didn't know if the UTI cleared up or not. They said no UTI came up in my samples, so maybe just takes a while to drain out of my system. Hopefully nothing serious is going on. But if it were serious, my kidneys would be hurting because I'd have an infection, so it's not that. And the pain is also eased by cranberry supplements. Just a matter of figure out what's going on.
