The picture is a better view of the door.

the video is a description of the Delta between my window, the owner's door, and the cat's noise. It's more likely to disturb me than the owner.

It's set up for the cat to be able to get into the area that would disturb me, while both of the cat owners are in areas where they won't be disturbed by the cat's noise.

The cat doesn't bother going out to its other owner, because they don't take care of the day-to-day stuff. For added irony, the owner that doesn't do much of the day-to-day stuff drink out of a "I heart my cat" cup.
